Two campaigns, both using real people. For Windows 7, we took people from focus groups, then permitted them to take a little more credit than they deserved for the creation of the operating system. For Laptop Hunters, we challenged customers to go into stores and find a laptop that was both what they wanted and what they wanted to pay.
